Ningbo NingWo Wear Parts Co., Ltd. is founded in 2007, located at the well-known port city Ningbo, China. Relying on our production facilities, we supply professional replacement wear parts for Caterpillar®, Komatsu®, JCB®, Hitachi®, Kobelco®, Kato®, Daewoo®, Hyundai®, ESCO®, and other earthmoving machineries. Our products ranges from bucket teeth, adapters, cutting edges, blades, pins and retainers, bolts and nuts, Idler, sprocket, track roller, carrier roller, track shoe, track link and other undercarriage parts. With an area of 119880square meters, more than 300 workers and 17 engineers and technical personnel, our casting base can produce all kinds of carton steel, alloy steel, stainless steel materials of casting spare parts, and the capacity is more than 20000 metric tons a year. With 5270 square meters, more than 200 workers and 12 engineers and technical personnel, our undercarriage parts base has an annual production capacity of 8000 metric tons. Our two production facilities have the complete set of casting, mesh-belt heat treatment furnace, machining, painting and other production equipments. The company passed ISO9001:2008 system, and equipped with Direct-reading Spectrometers, Hydraulic Unicersal Tensile Strength Testing Machine, Magnetic Testing Machines, X-Ray Testing Machines, Hardness Testing Machines, Impact Testing Machines and Microstructure Analysis Machine, which ensure our product quality to meet the requirements of the customers.
